Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were very good for a 3-star property, quiet by night, although they appeared better in pictures. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very nice. The service from the staff was friendly and accommodative to my needs, super helpful and pleasant, even offering recommendations for breakfast. The location was quite good, only a 5-minute walk away from Avenida de America and Diego de Leon metro stations. The dining experience was overpriced at €18.50, lacking in food quality, but the restaurant staff were friendly.
The hotel had big, clean rooms with a comfortable bed, but it was a bit cold inside. Although there were soundproofing issues where noises from the next room and the hallway could be heard. The location was convenient for work during the Ifema exhibitions, but it was not the best for visiting Madrid.
